Never stay at this hotel !!! We stayed in this hotel with my family 23-24 September 2023. The only good thing was evening reception staff. On the 24th of September in the early morning, after 4 am, our car was broke in and valuable goods and belonging were stolen, in the parking of the hotel, just few meters from reception. In the morning reception staff was very very irrelevant and when we asked for Hotel manager or shift manager, the same reception. staff told us that the day is Sunday and there is no managers on duty. We asked the same irrelevant reception staff to call the police but the answer was do not call the police because POLIS WILL NOT COME. Unbelievable silly situation.

Our family of four spent three nights at this hotel last month (Europamundo put us there). We didn’t like it at all. Our room was dirty, with mold all over the shower tiles, stains on the carpet, and dust on the night stands. The fridge was not working. They kept the lights in the hallways low; I guess because they didn’t want us to see the condition of the hotel. I used the stairs one day and they were full of dust motes as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time; I had never seen anything like it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The area surrounding the hotel was ok during the day, but it was pretty sketchy at night. Also, it was pretty far from everything. We were planning on doing a lot of walking (something that we do in every city we visit), but it was impossible to walk from the hotel to the main tourist sights; for example, the walking distance from the hotel to Vatican City is two hours, each way. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone; the place is a dump. Please, avoid at all costs.

Grim hotel, Dont stay here if you have a choice. The rooms are dirty the bathrooms have mold and broken fittings, The rooms are tiny and have no hanging space for clothes. The breakfast is less than basic, stale sliced white bread, plastic picnic glssses for cold drinks. The hot food is just eggs. Ancient stained coffee cups. Nothing about this Hotel is 4 star. Grim and Dismal miles from the centre, and expensive restaurant and bar 25 euros for a bottle of wine and 14 euros for a miserable dry and tasteless pizza. The snack machine in the lobby was out of order, the staff couldn't fix our broken fridge, Or change light bulbs that were broken or missing.

I am on a touristic trip with my wife and daughter arranged by an agency with a group of other people. Now today we are in Rome and stayin at iH 4 star hotel at Via Giorgio Perlasca. Here are some photos attached .this room doesnt even deserve 2 stars. No laundry bag , no disponsible slippers, no drinking water, climate can not even cool itself. The floor carpet is very dirty, red , black grey , all colors , stains on it. No info cards on telephone or in room to see how to call reception. I dialled 0 no answer, dialled 9 no answer. I went down. There is one receptionist and min 50 guests waiting checkin. So i come up and writing. See photos.

Do not stay here. Beyond exterior and lobby the hotel is very dirty and dated. Rugs need to be stripped away and burned. Very filthy. Breakfast room and furniture are very dirty and service is terrible. The presentation of the eggs and bacon is very poor. Understaffed. Reception staff was kind and try to work with what they have.
